Lamar Public Library

Here at Friends of the Library - Lamar Public Library, we are dedicated to maintaining an association of people interested in libraries; to focusing public attention on the library; to stimulating the use of the library's resources and services; to receiving and encouraging gifts, endowments and bequests to the library; to supporting and cooperating with the library in developing library services and facilities for the community such as the Prowers Area Dolly Parton Imagination Library; to lending legislative support where needed; and to supporting the freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights.
